• Previous experience as a Pizzaiolo
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  
• Knowledge of Neapolitan pizza, dough making and baking
• Ability to handle and prepare fresh ingredients
• Understanding of kitchen sanitation and food safety regulations
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
