We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guests Relation and Sales Manager. This pivotal role involves managing relationships with our valued guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their journey, and driving sales to contribute to the company's growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering support throughout their travel experience.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and needs to exceed their expectations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tours, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.


Requirements:


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully close sales and secure repeat business.
  • A deep passion for travel and a comprehensive knowledge of Georgia's tourist attractions and culture.
  • Proficiency in English and strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and customer-centric mindset, with a strong attention to detail.
