Job Overview: As a Software Solution Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative software solutions to new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, presenting tailored software solutions, and establishing long-term relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in software sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Prospect and Generate Leads:

    • Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting and lead-generation activities.
  2. Understand Client Needs:

    • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients' business challenges and objectives.
  3. Present Software Solutions:

    • Articulate the benefits of our software solutions through compelling presentations and demonstrations.
  4. Customize Solutions:

    • Tailor software solutions to meet clients' unique requirements, ensuring a perfect fit for their business.
  5. Negotiate and Close Deals:

    • Work collaboratively with clients to address concerns, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales.
  6. Build and Manage Relationships:

    • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  7. Achieve Sales Targets:

    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in software solution sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software solution sales.
