Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented procurement manager who is enthusiastic to join our partner company eBazaaris on a remote basis(https://www.ebazaaris.com/). eBazaaris provides assistance to brand manufacturers in the development and management of marketplace platforms such as Amazon, eBay or bol.com. Since its foundation in 2016, they have already successfully realized more than 100 customer projects in Germany and Europe. They focus on a holistic and entrepreneurial approach to create new and sustainable growth opportunities in e-commerce for our customers.


At two locations in Berlin and Tbilisi, they work with great passion everyday to inspire their customers in new ways. As part of their international team from over 6 nations, you will have the opportunity to play a major role in their growth with creative freedom and a high degree of personal responsibility.


As a procurement manager, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring timely deliveries through effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.


More likely, your tasks will include:


  • You will prepare standardized goods order decisions for company decision-makers using system-based forecasts;
  • You will manage the approval of goods orders by different stakeholders based on defined SOPs;
  • You will book and manage orders within our ERP and WMS systems;
  • You will manage communication of orders with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth on-time deliveries;
  • You will monitor and control orders and stock levels through standardized reports to avoid stock issues;

Requirements:

  • Has 1 year of experience as a purchasing or procurement specialist or in a related field;
  • Has completed studies in business administration or logistics /supply chain management;
  • Ideally has experience in using ERP systems and ideally also with warehouse management systems e.g. JTL, Amazon Seller Central; 
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills in English, C1 level;
  • Has the ability to work independently, identify issues and propose / implement solutions;
  • Has familiarity in working with diverse stakeholders and team structures remotely;
  • Has proficiency in the use of Google Workspace, Slack, MS Office, especially Excel as well as ERP systems
  • Has a team player mentality with assertiveness and a love for working independently;
