Concept Store “IERI” is looking for a new team member!

IERI is the unique concept store in the heart of Tbilisi.We are the first to gather most of Georgian brands in one unique space representing around 30 designers who are originally from Georgia or who have found their inspiration here.

The main aim of IERI store is to change the stereotypical perception of the country and to develop the fashion retail industry. Currently we are looking for retail store manager who will join out team and take care of general store operations.

Requirements:

Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial position.
Knowledge of English, (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft office programs, Google sheets.
Understanding sales and team leadership
Interest in Fashion or retail industry

Key functions:

efficiently manage all aspects of store operations
Manage staff schedules, assign different tasks to staff members according to their skills.
Working closely with designers, control of goods acceptance and shipments.
Controlling Stock and ensuring keeping record of every product and their details in general document and Shopify program.
providing the store with the necessary inventory.
Reporting of sales, collection sell-outs, cash and payment control and taking part in accounting.
