Your Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance with Georgian tax legislation and international accounting standards. The role involves handling product sales operations, inventory management, financial transactions, and preparing documentation for billing.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Accounting and control of product sales operations
• Control of commodity material stocks/inventory results
• Reflection of primary documents in the Accounting Program 1C
• Control of cash and bank statements
• Relationship management with the servicing bank
• Bank transfers
• Preparation of bills of lading and invoices
• Execution of necessary month-end procedures
• Processing received invoices/bills and confirmation in the program
• Distribution of overhead costs related to product transportation
• Salary accrual
• Control and periodic comparison of creditor debts
• Other services necessary for accounting production per Georgian standards and legislation
• Preparation and delivery of information for monthly declarations
• Organization of documentation required for payment accrual

Your Expertise:

• Basic knowledge of Georgian tax legislation
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Expertise in accounting program 1C
• Familiarity with international accounting standards
• Essential knowledge of the English language for accounting

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in a similar accounting role is preferred
