We are seeking a dynamic travel manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of travel arrangements for our clients.


Your primary responsibility will be to manage the booking process from initiation to completion, coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional travel experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and special requests.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and advice on tour packages, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

Booking Coordination:

  • Execute the end-to-end booking process, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
  • Collaborate with vendors, hotels, and transportation providers to secure bookings and negotiate favorable terms.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all bookings, client preferences, and special requests.
  • Prepare and organize necessary travel documentation for clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

Payment Processing:

  • Coordinate payment processes, including invoicing and tracking payments.
  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges related to bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergencies with efficiency and professionalism.

Collaboration with Team:

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on customer expectations and deliver a cohesive travel experience.
  • Provide regular updates to the team on booking statuses and potential challenges.


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems, reservation processes, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in using booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
