We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Cold Line Demi Chef.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present cold food items, including salads, appetizers, and cold entrees, according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all food products meet our high-quality standards for taste, appearance, and freshness.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef with menu planning, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
- Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to ensure that food production is efficient and meets service requirements.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in cold food preparation techniques and standards.
- Assist with special events, banquets, and catering functions as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in this field.
- High level knowledge of culinary practices and cooking ingredients.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
