Experience: Minimum 1 year
English language knowledge required (working experience in SAP is a plus)
General Requirements:
Performing duties related to Storekeeping and Materials Logistics associated with BICT activities such as receipt of ordered materials/spare parts, checking against purchase orders, storage, and inventory control. Ensuring efficient utilization of Company resources and compliance with statutory requirements and established storekeeping standards. Being a materially authorized person in storekeeping.
Duties:
Receiving and complying with instructions from Purchasing Department.
Being the only authorized person in storekeeping and inside the store.
Responsible for the safekeeping and storage of materials and parts and safe working conditions in stores.
Reviewing requirements of parts/materials and prepare requests for quotation if necessary.
Checking incoming parts/materials against purchase order and delivery, receipt, and invoice.
Ensuring timely recording of receiving supplies/spare parts/materials in system.
Monitoring the distribution of incoming parts for storage, labeling, binning, etc.
Working knowledge of the handling and storage of engineering materials, electronic equipment, and dangerous goods.
Familiarity with various types of spare parts and their application.
Working knowledge of inventory management techniques.
Ensuring adherence to established procedures, and conformance with stock keeping standards.
Producing related reports and reconcile differences if any.
Issuance and maintenance of Tools and Equipment.
Ensuring that deliveries are on time and in accordance with the PO either the list of purchasing order issued by Purchasing Officer written or verbal way.
Defining the most efficient time for delivery of supplies.
Ensuring proper documentation (tax invoice, etc.) for all purchases. Providing the Purchasing Department with copies of POs as supporting documents for suppliers’ invoices.
Coordinating with Purchasing Officer on pending purchasing related matters.
Maintaining proper filing of documentation for reference purposes.
Executing inventory control in stores from time to time.
