Key functions

  • Formation of a digital marketing development strategy, determination of key performance indicators of digital promotion;
  • Digital Marketing Management in APR CIS to achieve effective results;
  • Setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Yandex Direct on an ongoing basis;
  • Planning and setting up affiliate initiatives: price aggregators, marketplaces, and alternative sources of conversion traffic;
  • Training local teams on digital advertising tools: Facebook Ads; Google Ads; Yandex Direct; price aggregators, marketplaces, CPA, CPL networks;
  • Analyzing, optimizing and scaling the effectiveness of digital projects, customer acquisition channels, traffic sources, advertising campaigns on an ongoing basis;
  • Planning, budgeting and implementation of KPIs for digital marketing APR CIS (CPA, CPO, ARPU, ROI);
  • Setting and monitoring the implementation of promotion plans and profitability indicators of digital marketing APR CIS;
  • Competitor analysis in the areas of digital marketing APR CIS.

Qualification and skills

• Experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing;

• Strategic and analytical skills – the ability to build a strategy, implement new tools, collect and analyze data;

• Knowledge of the business and advertising market;

• Presentation, negotiation and argumentation skills;
