Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive the success of our digital marketing efforts. In this dynamic role, you won't be bound to a single channel. As a part of our Marketing team, you'll be orchestrating the growth, building brand influence, and ensuring a remarkable online experience for our audience through effective digital strategies.

About The Role

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be in charge of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that encompasses digital advertising, SEO, SEM, social media, content, and more. Your role is pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, expanding our online presence, and driving customer acquisition and engagement. You'll lead a passionate team and work collaboratively with cross-functional departments to create impact.

Salary: 5082GEL Gross + Bi-Annual bonuses

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Leading Bolt’s digital channel and messaging strategy in Georgia by using owned (website, social media, email), earned (social and PR) and paid (Meta Ads, Google Ads) media channels to drive brand sentiment, acquisition, activation, engagement in a scalable and efficient way.text
  • Developing and implementing positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation to drive customer acquisition, and increase market share.
  • Implementing, managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, Paid Social, Ad Networks.
  • Work towards clear marketing KPIs such as ROI, CAC & LTV.
  • Proactively conduct continuous AB testing and performance analysis in order to optimize the channel performance.
  • Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns and projects based on business objectives. Ensure alignment with Operations, Policy, Business Development etc.
  • Analyzing our social media and advertising activities by helping to uncover best-performing campaigns, messages and visuals. You will share insights with key stakeholders and take a customer first approach to define actions, prioritize opportunities and measure impact in case of digital campaigns.
  • Overseeing digital content calendar: define and manage the implementation of social media presence and all corresponding channels.
  • Coaching effectively, engineering situations for team members to develop. Generating enthusiasm, drawing out the best in people.
About you:

  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience and proven track record in developing and delivering the digital marketing strategy in the consumer or technology industry.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with paid online marketing, managing & scaling your own budget, in mobile or E-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and measuring the ROI of online marketing initiatives, proficiency in making decisions relying on data. Solid grasp of statistics and demonstrated experience with analytical tools.
  • Strategic thinker, capable of seeing the big picture with an ability to break down large problems and understand the analytical details.
  • Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with experience working and communicating with senior stakeholders in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Empathetic leader who understand how to build a strong team culture and motivate their team members for optimal performance.
  • A passionate and organized self-starter, who doesn’t accept the status quo, but always seeks to improve and automate workflows in order to increase performance.
Fluent in Georgian and English.
