Job Description

Role background

We’re now looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist with solid experience in marketing, partnerships, and project management as well as excellent skills within communication and content.

At Wolt, the Marketing Specialist is the right hand and confidant of the Marketing Manager. You'll be an invaluable asset in our day-to-day operation where you'll execute campaigns and help with project management where you’ll maintain a holistic view to ensure that we meet our goals. In addition to that, you will analyze data and create insights for the marketing team on different projects as well as negotiate and manage partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating customer engagement and meaningful content via CRM tools and Discovery.
  • Nurturing flow monitoring and edits, email newsletters, inApp messages, push messages.
  • Editing, maintaining and updating Discovery via Discovery Editor for all cities.
  • Incentive campaigns & tools management.
  • Organizing marketing assets for digital team
  • Influencer tracking posts and follow-up.
  • Working together and supporting the Marketing Manager with most critical marketing
  • topics in the market.
  • Assisting in everyday and ad-hoc tasks.
Our humble expectations

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • A background of e-commerce, digital marketing, apps or hospitality is preferred.
  • A strong creative eye and great understanding of social media channels.
  • Strong creative writing skills and understand the appropriate tone of voice for various audiences.
  • Ability to really own a project, work independently and ask for guidance when needed.
  • Prior experience in a fast-moving environment with a strong focus on achieving targets and getting things done.
  • Experience in content management.
  • Fluent in English and Georgian language.
