We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Talent Acquisition specialist who is enthusiastic to join our company on a remote basis.
You will closely work with our Chief HR and as the orchestrator of our recruitment efforts, your role will involve overseeing the entire process to ensure it runs seamlessly.
More likely, your tasks will include monitoring and managing deadlines ensuring each stage of the recruitment process stays on track, also monitoring the quality and quantity of profiles in the recruitment pipeline;
In your role, you’ll be stepping in to sourcing the candidates for specific job openings when needed; Addressing any exceptional cases that arise during the recruitment process will be part of your role too.
Your innovative mindset will drive you to propose initiatives to improve process efficiency and speed; When it comes to candidate assessments, you'll be leading the charge, conducting interviews for English-speaking roles and evaluating candidate suitability.
Lastly, you'll be the single point of contact for candidates until they meet with our clients and receive their offers. Your friendly demeanour and proactive approach will ensure candidates feel supported and valued every step of the way.
Bachelor degree, in Business or related field, is a plus;
At least 2 year of experience in recruiting, including interviews and sourcing;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, (min. B2 level);
Proven experience using LinkedIn Lite and G suite;
Familiarity with LinkedIn Helper will be a huge advantage;
