No prior experience in hospitality industry is needed.

 

Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include:


  •      Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  •      Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
  •      Introducing hotel products and services to guests, creating and modifying reservations if necessary
  •      Creation and sending of reservation confirmation and invoice.
  •      Checking, monitoring, and following up on guest feedback daily
  •      Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
  •      Transfer of information provided by guests to relevant departments

All the Customer Support Specialists will be specifically trained by professionals prior to the start of their career at EPISODE.
