We are seeking dynamic and creative Content Creators with a keen understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and other short-form video platforms. With the increasing demand for engaging video ads across the industry, we are on the hunt for a passionate and inventive individual. We expect you to deliver fresh and impactful ideas daily, grounded in thorough research and current social media trends, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of our campaigns. What You’ll Do:
Support the marketing team with focus on producing creative assets (creators/editors), defining workflows, testing various creative levers (value propositions, styles, edits), and reviewing key ad performance metrics to support the overall growth of our video efforts.
Plan & oversee the video production of our internal team
Lead the content briefing and script writing to increase performance and enhance video quality.
Improve video ad performance and scale through various methods like creative methodology sharing, asset iteration, video performance reporting, and more.
Analysing the creative assets produced by you based on different KPIs like CTR, Hook Rate or Average Watch Time.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Min. B2 level).
You’ve made Video content before, especially ads, for places like TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube.
You're all about creativity: thinking up new stuff, checking out how it did, and always aiming to do better with what you learn.
You’re awesome at working with others and know how talking right makes everything run smoother.
You’ve got a huge passion for crafting video ads daily and love bringing new ideas to the screen.
