We are looking for responsible Marketing Coordinator, the person who can make a significant contribution to our rapidly growing team through their enthusiastic and creative efforts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in planning and lead execution of planned marketing campaigns and promotions (both offline and online stores) with the goal of increasing traffic and conversion rates.

• Coordinate monthly cycle of marketing promotions, which includes:
  •    Creating and technically implementing relevant promotion mechanics aligned with company/brand objectives
  •    Monitoring and analyzing campaign/promotion performance using key metrics and generating comprehensive reports

• Coordinate and ensure all relevant materials availability for Offline and E-commerce offers, events and other activities. 

• Conduct analysis of offline traffic flow and suggest mechanics to elevate traffic generation

• Coordinate the implementation of brand’s yearly plans according to brand strategies, guidelines and company goals and strategy

• Coordinate “Loyalty Club" project, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction

• Cultivate relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing activities

• Control costs associated with relevant marketing projects and initiatives on a monthly basis. Prepare and coordinate vendor purchase requests and invoices, write off documents, etc.

•  Submit accurate and timely reports (Monthly reports, Quarterly and yearly brand reports)

•  Active communication with store chain, including occasional visits to points of sale to ensure brand visibility and adherence to established guidelines

• Cross functional communication with internal team (Sales, Finances, managers/coordinators) 
  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Communications, or a relevant field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar role, experience in retail or FMCG field is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS office (specifically Microsoft Excel)

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher

• Proven ability to achieve results and meet deadlines effectively.

• Strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.

• Exceptional accuracy, self-organization and attention to detail.

• Experience with ERP system and 1C is a plus

Working condition:

Work schedule – full time, office-based, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, early Friday (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
