We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meta performance marketer to join the marketing team of our client Nutrameg (https://www.nutrameg.com/) on a remote basis.

Nutrameg is a cutting-edge health tech startup revolutionising weight management and fitness through its patented nutrition technology. With a global reach impacting millions of users, Nutrameg aims to redefine how people approach and overcome nutrition and weight-related challenges. Nutrameg aspires to be a global leader in health tech, specifically in the realms of weight control and nutrition. With an ambitious goal of reaching at least 100 million grateful users within the next 24 months.

As a Meta performance marketer, you will play a crucial role in creating impactful campaigns, managing significant ad budgets, and driving measurable results.

More likely, your responsibilities will be: 

• Develop, implement, and optimize Meta ad campaigns with a primary focus on the sales objective
• Utilize advanced targeting strategies to reach the intended audience and maximize campaign effectiveness
• Leverage creativity and strategic thinking to design campaigns that align with business goals and target audience
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to adapt strategies accordingly
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure objectives are consistently met or exceeded
• Utilize graphic design tools and platforms to create visually appealing ad content
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that ad visuals align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Marketing field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, C1 level
• Proven track record of effectively managing ad budgets of at least 50k EUR per month
• Demonstrated ability to create a minimum of 20 campaigns per day
• Proficiency in creating visually compelling ad content
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions
