Position: Claim Manager.

Working hours: Full time (09:00-18:00), Monday to Friday, Hybrid.

Location: Europe Str. 4, 0198 Tbilisi, Georgia,

Duties:

• Manage the end-to-end process of handling claims related to damaged, lost, or delayed shipments.
• Conduct thorough investigations into the root causes of claims, including receiving, documenting, investigating, and resolving transportation claims.
• Review and assess claim documentation, including supporting evidence and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records of all claims in relevant software (SAP, My CRM), including claim forms, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as operations, finance, and legal to gather information and resolve claims effectively.
• Communicate with customers, insurance providers, and other stakeholders regarding claim status and resolution.
• Negotiate settlements with customers or insurance providers to resolve claims promptly and fairly.
• dentify trends and patterns in claims data to proactively mitigate risks and improve operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to claims management.
• Prepare regular reports on claim status, trends, and performance metrics for management review.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree
• Up to 1 years of experience on the same position
• Experience in Customer Care
• Fluent in Georgian
• Advanced in English
• Skilled at MS office (Excel, word, PPT, Outlook)
