Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced and talented Romanian speaking Business Development Representative who is enthusiastic to join our partner company MoreConneXions on a remote basis. MoreConneXions GmbH was founded in 2022 with the clear aim of successfully supporting companies in the areas of telemarketing, cold calling, and lead generation.

You will be a part of the sales team for the German AI startup company. more likely your tasks will include:

  • You will be responsible for the acquisition, retention and development of the B2B customer base.
  • You will be in regular contact with the Account Executives to help them build relationships with the ideal customer profiles.
  • You will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of customer presentations and the qualification of customer inquiries.


  • You are fluent in Romanian and can effectively communicate in English at B2 level. 
  • You are technically adept and have several years of professional experience in B2B sales of products and services that are in need of explanation. (In the best case 2+ years experience)
  • You are passionate about sales and customer acquisition.
  • You enjoy building proactive and sustainable customer relationships.
  • You are able to prioritise work efficiently.
  • You have a high level of motivation and initiative.
  • You have confident and strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German or English complete your profile.
