We seek an exceptional individual to join us as a Client Advisor Manager and become the face of Boygar’s. In this role, you will be the floor manager of our store, responsible for the day-to-day management per our company policies. Your primary focus will be improving the store's commercial performance by increasing turnover and maximizing profitability.

Your Responsibilities Include:


  • Model customer service and advisory, driving sales and representing the brand using advanced sales techniques.
  • Organize and manage the store floor.
  • Guarantee a warm and welcoming customer experience.
  • Offer customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
  • Advise and take care of important customers.
  • Manage client requests and orders effectively.
  • Actively engage with customers regarding the Net Promoter Score system and conduct NPS callbacks.
  • Ensure operational procedures are followed accurately, including air conditioning and lighting, cash zone, cleaning and security, fitting rooms, and back office.
  • Maintain an attractive store layout, ensuring merchandise is presented to promote sales.
  • Ensure a safe shopping and working environment.
  • Supervise staff appearance and adherence to dress code.
  • Oversee daily checklists and act accordingly.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of client advisors to achieve high service standards.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for Client Advisors.
  • Assist in the store team's recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager in coordinating warehouse and merchandise activities.
  • Oversee receipt, storage, order processing, and product dispatch.
  • Monitor stock levels and space allocation.
  • Organize and control the sales process.
  • Track and analyze operational results, initiating necessary actions for productivity and efficiency.
  • Generate product reports.
  • Oversee Customer Relationship Management (CRM) analytics and ensure compliance.

Your Expertise:


  • Retail education and relevant training (experience in the Georgian job market preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in services and/or fashion retail.
  • Advanced sales experience and comprehensive understanding of product, retail, and the luxury industry.
  • First leadership experience.

  • Sales/commercial mindset.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and the use of iPhone/iPad.
  • Proficiency in Georgian and English (both written and verbal), Russian is an asset.

  • Organizational skills.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and achieve targets.
