Job Summary:


As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll lead a comprehensive digital marketing strategy covering online ads, SEO, SEM, social media, and content planning. Your role will be vital in enhancing our brand's visibility, expanding our online presence, and driving customer engagement and growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Leading Digital Marketing Strategy:
  • Spearhead the digital marketing strategy by utilizing owned (website, social media), earned (social and PR), and paid (Meta Ads, Google Ads) media channels to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, engagement, and growth.
  • Positioning and Competitive Differentiation:
  • Develop and implement messaging and positioning strategies to attract new customers and expand market share.
  • Advertising and Campaign Optimization:
  • Implement, manage, and refine advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, and other paid channels.
  • Aim for clear marketing KPIs, including ROI
  • A/B Testing and Performance Analysis:
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing and performance analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Content and Social Media Management:
  • Oversee the digital content calendar, leading the development and execution of social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Data Analytics and Insights:
  • Analyze digital marketing activities to uncover top-performing campaigns and share insights with stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to define actions and prioritize opportunities.
  • SEO Management:
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to boost organic search visibility.
  • Blog Management:
  • Generate and oversee blog content aligned with SEO goals and keyword research.
  • Collaborate with the copywriter to ensure high-quality, engaging content.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an international environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Experience with content marketing creation and management.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach to marketing with a strong focus on ROI (Return on Investment).
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language (a plus).
  • Experience with international marketing strategies and cultural nuances is highly desirable
  • Hands-on experience managing and scaling paid online marketing budgets.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and ChatGPT. Knowledge of additional platforms is a plus.
