SmartSoft is a software provider for the online commerce industry based in Georgia and successfully operates internationally. The core line of the business is game and supportive software development for iGaming operators. The team of more than 120 employees carries out a complete game development cycle and distributes products worldwide.

Procurement Specialist


  • Monitor entire procurement cycle so that all stages comply with the internal policies.
  • Provide procurement management software administration.
  • Create purchase orders based on requisitions from various departments within the organization.
  • Source, evaluate and select suppliers based on factors such as quality, price and delivery timelines compliance with established procurement procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions, pricing and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements, providing guidance and support throughout the procurement process.
  • Monitor and track supplier performance and conduct regular market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, products, and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records and reports for all departments related to procurement activities in accordance with the established policies in the company.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in procurement or supply chain management roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and principles.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to drive favorable outcomes in supplier negotiations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
