We are looking for an experienced and talented product designer who is enthusiastic to join our partner company Splendid Research on a remote basis. https://www.splendid-research.com/en/   Splendid Research is an international market research agency based in Hamburg, and in their daily work, they support clients from various industries with their market research needs from start to finish. Splendid Research also maintains their own online panel community (MOBROG) with 2 million respondents in 74 countries.

As a product designer, you'll drive the improvement and innovation of B2B and B2C websites, ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints. You'll lead the evolution and launch of websites and new digital products, while creating design systems for brand consistency. Conducting audits, user research, and staying updated on design trends will be essential for maintaining competitiveness.

More likely your responsibilities will include:

• Proactive management of B2B and B2C websites, taking ownership of the design and user experience to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Create design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
• Evolving and relaunching of current websites and creation of new web products, apps and brands.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify opportunities.
• Regular audits of our web products and user journeys.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design standard consistency and integrity across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies to keep our platforms innovative and competitive.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work on web platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma
• Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, C1 level
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements, demonstrating a deep understanding of business goals and user needs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong user-centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
