Biletebi.ge is a first ticketing platform in Georgia that provides ticket sales and distribution services for events such as concerts, sports events, theater productions, and other live entertainment experiences. The company was founded in 2008 and has since become well-known ticketing platform in Georgia.

We are seeking a motivated Social Media Manager  to join our creative team.

Candidate will assist in the creation of visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate our audience. This role requires a keen eye for design, strong creative skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all platforms.
• Plan and schedule content in advance, taking into account key projects, promotions, and relevant industry trends.
• Ensure that the brand's tone of voice is reflected consistently across all social media communications.
• Craft compelling and on-brand copy for posts, captions, and responses.
•  Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the ideation and execution of social media campaigns.
• Brainstorm creative and engaging ideas to drive brand awareness and user engagement.
• Manage content distribution across various social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Optimize content for each platform to maximize reach and engagement.
• Work closely with the content creator to develop visually appealing posts, using their creative input to enhance social media visuals.
• Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, viral content, and relevant topics to be an active participant in online conversations.
• Monitor and respond to messages, inquiries, and comments across all social media channels.
• Engage with other users, influencers, and relevant accounts.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience of working as a Social Media Manager, managing social media platforms for brands or organizations.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft engaging and on-brand copy.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
•  Knowledge of current trends, viral content, and social media culture to drive organic engagement.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics.
•  Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for staying up to date with the latest social media trends and technology advancements.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 PM

Remote Work: Optional remote work one day per week
