Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Head Chef in the execution of his/her duties; 

• Ensuring all orders are executed to perfection, in line with the recipes;

• Actively participating in the creation of new recipes;

• Sourcing all necessary ingredients to prepare the dishes;

• Adhering to the rules of usage of inventory and tools; 

• Ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, together with other kitchen staff; 

• Monitoring kitchen equipment and appliances; 

• Creating and executing purchase orders for supplies; 

Required Skills:

• Experience in a similar position;

• Professional education in the field of beverages and food (considered an advantage);

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
