The company "GSM Service" announces a vacancy for the position of Inventory Management Specialist.
Main functions and responsibilities:
- Receiving and issuing of inventory in the warehouse, comparing and controlling the balances with the program data and accounting documents.
- Assigning nomenclature/barcodes for auto parts and placing them in the warehouse;
- Issuing appropriate invoices for the movement of auto parts;
- Ensuring the delivery of the requested part to the facility or on-site;
- Execution and storage of acceptance and transfer acts related to the transfer of the part;
- Participation in periodic inventory of the warehouse;
- Strict adherence to the company's internal regulations, procedures, instructions and rules;
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education;
- Knowledge of any ERP program (work experience) will be considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of office programs (MS Office) and Excel program;
- Personal qualities:
- Ability to organize activities and work independently;
- Detail orientation;
- Ability to work in stressful environments and within tight deadlines;
- Ability to adapt to change;
