JSC MISO "BERMELI" announces a vacancy for the position of HR Manager in Batumi
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Registration of the company's employees, implementation of changes according to the staffing units.
- Issuance of orders;
- Timekeeping management;
- Control and registration of vacations, sick leaves, absences, unauthorized absences of days and hours.
- Providing information about the employee in case of overtime work (if any) (in accordance with the Labor Code).
- Taking necessary disciplinary measures (warning, reprimand, etc.) in case of unauthorized absence from work day/hour.
- Monitoring management:
- Comparison of timekeeping data with orders and vice versa.
- Working on the detection of unauthorized absences from work day and work hours.
- Providing employees with corporate numbers and improving the organization of work with these numbers.
- Ensuring the processing and movement of incoming and outgoing correspondence in the administration, organizing, managing, coordinating and controlling the administration's office work.
- Assigning/conducting numbers on incoming and outgoing correspondence, redirecting to the relevant department/employee as needed.
- Reviewing applications for incoming and outgoing correspondence and preparing a response, order or notification. If necessary, discuss the application with the heads of departments and the director.
- Responding to emails received from the National Bank.
- Delegating responsibilities to employees.
- Fulfilling the requirements of incoming documents based on the director's resolution, notifications to the addressees.
- Ensuring the execution and sending of outgoing documents.
- Arranging documentation by content - filing.
- Preparing reports on the work done.
Main requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of computer office programs (MS Office).
- Perfect command of the Georgian language and correct speech;

Working conditions:
- Working hours: 10:00-18:00, Saturday 09:20-14:20
- Working days: 6 working days.
- Compensation - 1200 GEL
