Currently, we are looking for a universal banker in Tbilisi.

 

Main responsibilities:

• Fulfillment of individual plans set for branch/service center employees and offering banking products and services to attract clients through branches and telemarketing;
• Within the framework of customer service, opening/closing accounts, performing any type of current and foreign currency, cash and non-cash operations related to accounts, as well as operations related to plastic cards, utility payments, fast money transfers, any type of deposits and loans;
• Collection of data on clients' creditworthiness, ensuring the accuracy of information; Assessment of credit risks within the framework of reasonableness, provision of necessary documentation to the relevant structural unit;
• Responsible for high-quality service in the process of servicing the bank's existing or potential clients;

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• At least 6  months of experience in attracting/servicing clients in the banking sector;
• Knowledge of banking programs: B6 and LMS is an advantage;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
