HVAC Technician

Requirements:

• Has repair and maintenance experience with 100RT+ (350KW) commercial chillers.
• Has repair and maintenance experience with commercial hot water boilers.
• Has repair and maintenance experience with commercial Air handler units.
• Has repair and maintenance experience with commercial air ventilation systems (roof top units, exhaust fans, etc.)

Experience: three (3) years of journey -level experience in the installation, operations, repair, and maintenance of commercial or industrial HVAC/mechanical refrigeration systems.

Education: Successful completion of vocational training from an accredited institute recognized as producing journeyman level technicians with specialization in the HVAC field is required. The Incumbent will have completed a course of study covering the principles of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation (HVAC), system design, system maintenance and troubleshooting, the various types of Freon and their uses, building pressurization, indoor air quality, and other specialized applications is required.

Language: English level II (Limited Knowledge) Written/Speaking/Reading in English is required; Georgian level III (Good knowledge) Written/Speaking/Reading is required.

• Must be Georgian citizen or must have a work permit
• Driving license category B is required.
• Annual Salary Range: GEL 47,298- GEL 66, 216 (DOQ)
• Embassy benefits: compensation package include health, separation, and other benefits. 13-th month bonus payment
• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
