We are looking for an experienced and talented Inventory Processing Assistant who is enthusiastic to join our partner company Vardzia International. Vardzia International products and services show their global ambitions, strong commitment to quality, and dedication to excellence in trading frozen animal protein and related products. 

Your tasks as an Inventory Stock Admin. will include:

• Ensure that all stock transactions are processed and deadlines are met, movements are correctly processed on our internal systems. 
• Ensure that costs are correctly processed / updated on our internal systems and other relevant spreadsheets
• Assisting the Financial Controller with ad-hoc queries relating to stock being booked in
• Ensure that all stock documents are saved on the relevant drive

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Intermediate Excel skills
• C1 English – Speaking, Reading, Writing
• Experience on systems such as Syspro or similar would be advantageous
• High level of attention to detail
• Accurate when carrying out daily tasks
• Team player
• Effective communication skills (in person, via e-mail and telephonically)
• Ability to work independently and give regular feedback to management
