Job Overview:

Bar Administrator - The employee must provide service to customers visiting the club's cafe. The bar administrator serves club members with a smile, is responsible for exceptional service, and maintains a high level of standards. The bar administrator offers cafe products to club members and sells products available in the cafe.

Responsibilities:

• Effective customer service;

• Working in accordance with the existing standards in the club;

• Working with cash register/terminal;

• Promoting increased sales;

• Performing other tasks of the manager;

• Working with a coffee machine;

• Preparing branded protein shakes;

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the work environment.

Essential Skills for the Position:

• Communication skills;

• Excellent speaking skills;

• High sense of responsibility;

• Ability to make timely and correct decisions in stressful situations;

• Ability to work individually and in a team;

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.

Qualification Requirements for the Position:

• Higher education;

• Proficient knowledge of office programs (Word, Excel);

• Knowledge of foreign languages (English, Russian);

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position;

• Experience working with a cash register.

Conditions:

• We offer a friendly and development-oriented work environment;

• Flexible schedule: 5 days a week, from 08:00 to 15:30 or from 15:30 to 23:00 (combining study and work);

• Days off: two days a week;

• Salary: 700 GEL net (800 after one year, 900 after two years)
