Our company offers you a job as a Junior Logistics Specialist.

Functions and responsibilities: 

• Formation of product order, placing an order in the program; 

• Communication with foreign suppliers; 

• Conducting tenders and requesting prices for international transportation; • Programmatic reflection of the supplier's order according to the documents and control of the transportation status; 

• Collection and verification of import documents; 

• Request for Eur-1 document or preferential entry in the invoice, if necessary; • Control of actual receipt of products in the warehouse. 

(Refers to the import of agricultural products - pesticides, fertilizers, seeds,  equipment, tools, etc.) 

Qualification requirements:  

• It is necessary to be fluent in English 

• It is necessary to know MS Excel 

• Experience in a similar position is desirable 

Working conditions:  

Work location: Tbilisi, Kakheti Highway 155, Agrosphere 

Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (Monday-Friday)
