Location: Tbilisi, Akaki Beliashvili st.
Working hours: Monday-Friday :10:00-18:00

Compensation: 1000 GEL (during a 6-month probationary period) then increased to : 1500  GEL

Main Responsibilities:

• HR software system (self.ge) management;
• Personnel selection and new employees integration/adaptation/process management (vacancy text creation/publication, training implementation, internship process management);
• Middle level managers support in employee management and their team communication part;
• Salaries and bonuses management
• Development/implementation of non-material motivational programs for employees;
• Ensure employee satisfaction, feedback research and results analysisi
• Employment contracts execution  implementation of necessary disciplinary measures
• Execution of other tasks delegated by the immediate supervisor, in accordance with the content of the position.

Main Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of work experience in the direction of human resources management
• Knowledge of regulations related to labor legislation
• Candidates who have experience in managing HR projects and selecting employees will be considered;
