We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing job postings for our partner companies, ensuring the content is accurate, engaging, and up to date. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in account management, content creation, and problem-solving within a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage job postings for partner companies.
- Monitor and review job posting content, making necessary edits and updates to optimize for readability, engagement, and SEO.
- Identify problematic job postings and work with relevant stakeholders to address and fulfill any unmet requirements.
- Assist in creating and curating content for job postings, including crafting compelling job descriptions and requirements.
- Track and report on job posting performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in additional account management tasks as needed, including but not limited to client communication, data entry, and market research.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
