Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring planning, organizing, and implementation of training;

• Ensuring familiarization of new employees with the organizational culture of the company;

• Ensuring search/procurement of necessary materials for training, with strict adherence to procedures;

• Developing training topics in line with existing needs;

• Participating in the development of training programs, preparing presentations, and other necessary materials.

• Participating in team development and the addition of future projects;

• Preparing relevant feedback forms for training;

• Participating in the study of needs for the development of the company's team;

• Being a collegial and team player to achieve overall success;

Required Skills:

• At least 1 year of work experience in a similar field is required;

• Professional education in the same field (will be considered an advantage);

• Knowledge of English is required;

• Teamwork skills;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Detail-oriented;

• Presentable.
