Insurance Company "IRAO" announces a vacancy for the position of Customer Support Operator.

Work schedule: Part-time, 32 working hours per week according to work shifts (3-4 times night shift per month);

Salary: 700 GEL, in 6 months - 800 GEL

Location: Tbilisi, Bochorishvili str. 88/15

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Receiving incoming phone calls - communication with clinics, insured persons and interested parties;
• Reflection of data in the insurance program;
• Making outgoing calls if necessary.

Requirements and skills for the vacancy:

• Full or incomplete higher education in medical field (healthcare, pharmacy, dentistry) is desirable;
• Knowledge of office computer programs;
• Knowledge of Russian or English at a communicative level is desirable;
• Customer-oriented;
• Ability to communicate verbally;
• Detail-oriented;
• High sense of responsibility.
