We are looking for an experienced and talented Marketplace Operations Manager - Amazon, who is excited to join our partner company eBazaaris on a remote basis (https://www.ebazaaris.com/). eBazaaris is a dynamic e-commerce accelerator specializing in scaling brands on online platforms like Amazon. With deep analytics and strategic approaches, they optimize their clients’ performance and presence in one of the most competitive marketplaces globally.
As an Amazon Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing their product presence on Amazon. You will play a key role in maintaining listings and ensuring optimal performance. In this role, you will work closely with various teams and make sure that their products are always represented in the best possible way.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintaining and optimizing product listings on Amazon as well as PIM system
- Monitoring compliance with marketplace guidelines and quality standards.
- Managing customer inquiries, supporting cases and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central is required.
- Previous work experience in e-commerce, especially on Amazon, is desirable.
- A strong understanding of how Amazon operates, including customer support, case management, and logistic processes, is required.
- Good analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- You are proactive, a team player, and have an independent working style.
- Excellent German and good English language skills, both at B2 level, are required.
