"Abanotubani Group" announces a vacancy for the position of Service Manager
Job location: Tbilisi
Working hours: 7-hour working day, 1 day off
Salary: 1000₾-1500-2000₾ (with a growth perspective, depending on the candidate's qualifications)
Responsibilities:
- Management of subordinate employees, rational distribution of tasks and control over the quality of their implementation;
- Providing appropriate instructions to employees and instructing them in order to improve the quality of the service;
- Ensuring high quality service;
- Ability to perform work quickly and efficiently;
- Control of online reservations;
- Ensuring the proper functioning of the reception;
- Creating work schedules and monitoring employee attendance;
- Following the instructions of the supervisor.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education
- Proficient knowledge of English and Russian is a must;
- Ability to react quickly and make decisions in problem situations;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
