ROOMS BATUMI announces a vacancy for the position of Demi Chef

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the Head Chef in his/her duties;
Preparing all orders to an exceptional standard, in accordance with recipes;
Actively participating in the creation of new recipes;
Ensuring all necessary ingredients are in stock for the preparation of dishes;
Adhering to all rules and regulations regarding the use of equipment and utensils;
Ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen, in conjunction with other kitchen staff;
Monitoring kitchen equipment and machinery;
Ordering and implementing stock requisitions;

Required Skills:

Experience in a similar role;
Vocational education in Beverage and Food (considered as an advantage);
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Sense of responsibility;
Ability to work in a team.
