Hotel “Aphischa” is looking for team members who, in close cooperation with other hotel employees, will create a pleasant environment and an unforgettable experience for the guests.

Hotel “Aphischa” offers its guests 118 designer, retro-futuristic rooms, the interior of which combines several main spaces, including the first champagne bar-brasserie in the city, a wine room and a rooftop restaurant with an open space.

At Aphischa Hotel, the Mixologist is responsible for providing high-level service to guests at the hotel's catering facilities, ensuring the order and supplies of the beverage space. Maintain cleanliness, create a friendly and pleasant environment as much as possible.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare the bar to receive guests;

• Control the work plan;

• Assist colleagues as much as possible to achieve the goal of guest satisfaction;

• Conduct an accurate monthly inventory;

• Carry out the process of describing broken dishes;

• After taking the order, make sure that the order is served quickly and in full compliance with the standards;

• Control the ordered and received inventory;

• Control the stock of beverages and other necessary ingredients for the bar;

• Be able to replace colleagues if necessary;

• Perform cleaning procedures in accordance with the standards;

• Maintain the standards on the site.

Requirements:

• Vocational/higher education is desirable;

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Good organizational skills, detail-oriented.

• Knowledge of hotel management systems and office programs.

• Knowledge of English and Georgian is required.

Desirable, if necessary, in accordance with the Labor Code and the Internal Regulations, additional compensation, the candidate is ready for a flexible work schedule for work in the evening, on weekends and etc.
