McDonald's Georgia announces a vacancy for the position of Hostess in Tbilisi restaurants
Working conditions:
Remuneration: Hourly, the amount of remuneration depends on the number of hours worked by the employee during the month. According to the internal policy, the first increase in the rate occurs 1 month after the start of work. And the subsequent increase is carried out in accordance with the rules prescribed by the internal procedure, taking into account the work results;
Full-time employment: 5 working days a week. Working days, hours and days off within the week are agreed with the employee in advance;
Working hours: At least 4 hours and a maximum of 8 hours per shift (from 10:00 to 22:30) on one working day. Employees are entitled to a 1-hour break during the working day after 4 hours of work;
Bonuses: A system for evaluating and managing the work performed, which is linked to the company's bonus policy;
Food: 70% food allowance at McDonald's restaurants during working hours;
Events provided for by the approved motivational calendar;
Internal trainings defined by the employee development plan.
Hostess - Main responsibilities of the position:
- Conducting restaurant events provided by the main Hostess of the restaurant;
- Booking birthdays for guests and correctly performing all procedures related to booking;
- Conducting booked birthday parties by fulfilling all points of the observation control card;
- Inventory of the birthday hall;
- Control over the cleanliness of Playland;
- Conducting thematic events in McDonald's restaurants and outside McDonald's restaurants.
