The company "GSM Service" announces a vacancy  - Light Vehicle Service Manager position.

Function-Responsibilities:

• Receiving, registering, defecting and technical correction of cars of clients or customers who use the company's service;
• Control of the timing of preventive work and the nature of work for cars in service;
• Timely request for spare parts from the procurement department and close cooperation with the necessary employees;
• Control of the work of craftsmen in direct subordination and ensuring their qualification improvement;
• Ensuring that the territory (boxes) or workshop inventory allocated for the service is in accordance with the standards established by the company;
• Registration of service work performed;
• If necessary, search for other companies for repairs of the company's equipment, agree on the terms;
• Acceptance of work performed by another company;
• Strict adherence to the company's internal normative documents, procedures, instructions and rules; 

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education;
• Knowledge of any ERP program (work experience) will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of office programs (MS Office) and  Excel  program; 

Personal qualities:

• Ability to organize and manage business activities and work independently;
• Detail orientation;
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and within tight deadlines;
• Ability to adapt to change;
