„Delight“ is a conceptual lighting showroom that has been operating in the Georgian market since 2019. Our profile is designer, architectural, technical lighting, as well as furniture (switches, rosettes) and lighting accessories.  

We are looking for an active, motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team at Delight. In this role, you will work closely with designers, architects, and clients to help them select the ideal lighting solutions. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of top international brands, which will give you the chance to stay informed about the latest industry trends and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing customer needs and offering appropriate products, ensuring their delivery; meeting customer needs;
• Establishing customer needs;;
• Effective communication with the customer (meetings, presentations, etc.);.);
• Searching for new customers and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers;
• Studying the visual, qualitative characteristics and target segment of the product;
• Correctly positioning the product in a specific market segment;
• Offering novelties to the client;
• Fulfilling sales plans;
• Coordinating after-sales service;
• Contributing to sales growth;
• Studying the market and collecting information;
• Agreeing on the terms of the contract with the customers;
• Drawing up contracts together with the manager and controlling the fulfillment of payment terms;
• Working with CRM programs.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of English at the level of oral and written communication, knowledge of Russian is desirable;;
• Knowledge of office programs (Word, Excel), experience in working in PowerPoint-is desirable.

Work schedule: 40 hours per week

Compensation: Fixed  + Bonus system

Working hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00
