The company “Citrus“ announces a vacancy for the position of Sales and Credit Operator.

What will you do

• Introduce the requested products to potential customers who have contacted by phone, website or via social networks/chat, inform them about current promotions/news and offer them products.
• Answer incoming calls if necessary.
• Introduce the terms of the loan to customers, fill out the application and send it to the partner bank.
• Fulfillment of predefined individual plans.

What knowledge do you need

• Be a graduate student or have a complete higher education;
• It is desirable to have experience in the service sector or in the direction of sales;
• Have effective communication and persuasion skills;
• Perfect knowledge of Georgian.
• Knowledge of English and Russian is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of office programs.

Required skills

• Organization and punctuality;
• Detail orientation;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information.

Working conditions

• Workplace: Tbilisi
• Work schedule: Full, 6 days a week (Saturday short working day)
• Compensation: Fixed 500 GEL (net salary) + good bonus system, total average earnings 1200-1500.
