The company owns cement plants in Kaspi (1) and Rustavi (2), as well as a cement mill in Poti and a cement terminal in Supsa. HeidelbergCement is the only clinker producer in Georgia. The first concrete plant in the country was put into operation in 2009. Currently HeidelbergCement has 15 concrete plants.
