Key Responsibilities:

• Take an active part in creating new recipes;
• Prepare all orders with excellence, full compliance with standards and minimum waste;
• Portion and store food and check temperature and critical time stickers;
• Check the quality of each dish, portion size, presentation and temperature before it leaves the kitchen;
• Pre-prepare all necessary products for cooking dishes;
• Follow the instructions for using knives, drills and other tools;
