ROOMS BATUMI announces a vacancy for the position of Pool Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

Be courteous and friendly to guests/colleagues, contributing to a positive and welcoming environment at the property;
Greet pool guests as per hotel standards, verify and perform the check-in procedure.
Provide and proactively offer information to guests regarding the pool, as well as other hotel services, to increase hotel product/service sales;
Answer phone calls / messages;
Monitor the cleanliness of both the pool and reception areas. Contact the relevant department if necessary.
Process payments, both in cash and by bank cards;
Monitor payments and ensure that the received amount is reflected in the hotel system, according to the hotel standards.
Enter the necessary guest data into the program;
Maintain the confidentiality of guest information and the guests themselves, within the security framework;
Fill out and process all department forms with due care;

Required Skills:

Excellent knowledge of Georgian and English;
Good communication skills;
Sense of responsibility;
Ability to work in a team;
Detail-oriented.
