The company "Photocenter" announces a vacancy for the position of Customer Relations Manager.

Photocenter is a successful Georgian company with 25 years of experience, which offers its customers digital printing, any kind of photo services, and a variety of unique gift products based on the latest technologies.

Main responsibilities:

Managing and monitoring social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok - effective written communication with users: in comments and private messages
Answering incoming calls on the hotline, taking orders from calls, monitoring.
Taking/processing and monitoring orders from chats
Full knowledge of the assortment of products, offers, and prices available on the company's website.
Constant communication with partner companies (career company)

Qualification requirements and personal characteristics:

• Perfect knowledge of Georgian and English, ability to speak and write grammatically correctly.

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to manage time effectively

• Perfect knowledge of elementary arithmetic operations.

Working conditions:

Workplace: Tbilisi, Freedom Square, Pushkin 7
Internship: 2 weeks (unpaid)
Working hours: Mon-Fri 10:00 – 19:00, break 1 hour.
Compensation - 1300 GEL (net)
