Let’s Go is hiring for the position of Dispatcher / Operations Manager / Transportation Operations Manager / Dispatcher Logistician.

If you have experience as a taxi dispatcher, tour operator, transportation company call center operator, account manager, or similar, are a proficient computer user, and are ready to work in a young and friendly team, we are looking for you.

Our company has been actively operating in the tourism sector for over 7 years, with a focus on transportation management. In particular, we provide transportation services to our international partners. We are partners in Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan with several international companies, such as Booking.com, Talixo, Kiwitaxi, Iway, cartraveler, viator, etc.

Candidates will be considered even without experience (first-year, second-year students). The internship is paid.

We set flexible schedules and try our best not to interfere with the learning process.

Job Description:

• Responding to emails, registering orders in the system, and monitoring order fulfillment during working hours.

• Proper and meaningful communication with clients via the company's order email, social networks, and incoming messengers.

• Answering company orders and/or incoming calls to the company's hotline - making outgoing calls.

Requirements:

• English language proficiency

• Russian language proficiency (considered an advantage)

• Computer literacy

Main Responsibilities:

• Entering received orders into the system

• Negotiating with drivers

• Monitoring the status of orders received by drivers

• Timely response in telephone and digital communication channels

• Order control and proper planning

Personal Qualities:

• Punctual

• Organized

• Ability to work in a team and individually

• Ability to work in stressful situations

• Responsible attitude towards work

Working Conditions:

• It is possible to work in our company with a schedule that is completely tailored to you, which will help you use your free time as efficiently as possible.

• Compensation is hourly, and therefore the amount of compensation depends on how many hours you work per month.

• However, it should be borne in mind that the less time you have allocated to work, the less your compensation will be.

• The minimum number of working hours per month should not be less than 120 hours.

• Compensation: first 4 months, 5 GEL per hour, subsequent months, 7 GEL per hour, and after 1 year, 9 GEL
