Compensation:


  • Training and learning period (1-3 months): up to 1000 GEL net per month

  •   After the training and learning period, the salary starts in the range of 1000-1600 GEL (net);

  •  After 1 year, the salary becomes 1800-2200 GEL net;

  •  At the end of 2 years, an experienced employee with satisfactory results will receive an average net salary of 2200-2500 GEL per month;

  • Salary and benefits are renewed annually;

In addition to the salary, the employee is entitled to:


  • Corporate number, internet, insurance program and Fitpass; the service-house also benefits from walking with the company car and the corresponding fuel;

  • It is desirable that the candidate lives in Batumi (or very close to the same municipality).

Main responsibilities:


  • We service (our clients are) food and beverage production, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, hotels and restaurants, warehouses, commercial kitchens, food retail chains, commercial and office real estate, residential real estate, critical infrastructure and industrial buildings and other;

  • Inspection, verification, monitoring and technical processing of the client's object;

  • Processing of the object (external and internal territory) with special materials (deratization, disinfection and related disinfection) and carrying out other technical works;

  • Use of chemical agents in accordance with the intended use and safety annotation;

  • Verbal consultation on sanitation, hygiene and building maintenance;

  • Maintenance of allocated tools, apparatus and transport;

  • Monthly visits to 60-100 objects according to the schedule;

  • Preparation of documentary records related to objects and related to consumables;

  • Planning and coordinating your own route with the service manager and the company director;

  • Responding to the client's fair claims and requests by providing additional services or promptly correcting the violation committed;

  • Cooperation and coordination with various services in the company.

Qualification requirements:


  • Work experience in the service sector is desirable (not required);

  • The ability to drive a car is mandatory (driving license category B) or to obtain a driving license in the near future;

  • Higher education or/and professional education (retraining courses) is desirable;

Disposition, personal qualities and correct expectations are more important than initial qualifications!


  • By disposition and intention, the personal orientation should be on good customer service

  • Enthusiasm, interest and curiosity are essential

  • Hardworking, strong interest in solving problems and desire to achieve the goal;
